Description

Retatrutide is an investigational synthetic peptide designed as a triple receptor agonist targeting glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), and glucagon receptors. These receptors play key roles in metabolic regulation, glucose homeostasis, and energy balance.
